需要留意的是耳板靠近龍骨一側(cè)的固定孔的加工尺度要考慮熱脹冷縮，一般在耳板上開(kāi)長(zhǎng)圓孔，固定螺釘時(shí)要盡量將螺釘固定在長(zhǎng)圓孔的中部，這樣即方便裝置又可有伸縮性，一起要留意板四周的耳板要錯(cuò)位固定，否則在裝置時(shí)可能“打架”鋁單板外表宜選用氟碳噴涂(氟碳樹(shù)脂的各項(xiàng)性能都較其他處理方法優(yōu)勝)，盡量避免選用輥涂方法(有的加工廠的輥涂產(chǎn)品有方向性，影響外觀作用)?，F(xiàn)在有許多建筑選用穿孔鋁單板以豐厚作用，如果穿孔鋁單板后邊沒(méi)有防水隔離層，那就可在實(shí)體墻外外表做防水層或作雙層幕墻或直接在穿孔鋁單板背面做防水隔離層，然后再規(guī)劃穿孔鋁單板。鋁單板的孔洞尺度必須大于板厚(工藝要求)，孔距離及尺度要依據(jù)原料的強(qiáng)度要求(純鋁單板較合金鋁單板強(qiáng)度低)，一起考慮加強(qiáng)肋的裝置，避免影響外視作用。合理的規(guī)劃是先做樣板，通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)觀和近看確定孔尺度及距離。
