我們?cè)诶帽劁X板進(jìn)行操作時(shí)可能會(huì)遇到保溫鋁板被氧化的情況,這種情況我們?cè)撊绾芜M(jìn)行處理呢?
When we operate with insulated aluminum plate, we may encounter the oxidation of insulated aluminum plate. How should we deal with this situation?
(1)熱水沖洗。熱水洗目的是老化膜層。但水溫和時(shí)間要嚴(yán)格控制,水溫過高膜層減薄,顏色變淡。工業(yè)保溫鋁板處理時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)上述類似問題,適宜的溫度和時(shí)間是:溫度40~50℃時(shí)間0.5~1MIN.
(1) Rinse with hot water. The purpose of hot water washing is to aging the film. However, the water temperature and time shall be strictly controlled. If the water temperature is too high, the film becomes thinner and the color becomes lighter. The above-mentioned similar problems will also occur when the treatment time of industrial thermal insulation aluminum plate is too long. The appropriate temperature and time are: temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃ and time 0.5 ~ 1min
(2)干燥。干燥以自然晾干為好,經(jīng)熱水沖餡稞的工件斜掛于架子上,讓工作表面的游離水以陲直方向向下。流至下端角邊的水珠用毛巾吸去,按此法晾干的膜層色彩不受影響,顯得自然。
(2) Dry. It is better to dry naturally. The workpiece filled with barley washed by hot water is hung obliquely on the shelf, so that the free water on the working surface is downward in a straight direction. The water drops flowing to the lower corner are absorbed with a towel. The color of the film dried by this method is not affected and appears natural.
(3)老化。保溫鋁板老化方法可根據(jù)氣候條件來決定,有日光的夏季可在日光下曝曬,陰雨天或是冬季可用烘箱烘烤,工藝條件是:溫度40~50℃時(shí)間10~15min.
(3) Aging. The aging method of thermal insulation aluminum plate can be determined according to the climatic conditions. It can be exposed to the sun in summer with sunlight. It can be baked in an oven in cloudy and rainy days or winter. The process conditions are: temperature 40 ~ 50 ℃ and time 10 ~ 15min
(4)不合格件的返修。不合格導(dǎo)電氧化膜件宜在干燥、老化工序之前先挑出來,因干燥、老化后膜層較難退除并會(huì)影響工件表面的粗糙度。我們可以先將不合格的工件夾在鋁陽(yáng)極氧化用的夾具上,然后按鋁在硫酸溶液中的陽(yáng)極氧化方法進(jìn)行陽(yáng)極處理2~3min,待膜層松軟、脫落,再經(jīng)堿液稍加清洗及硝酸出光后即可重新進(jìn)行導(dǎo)電陽(yáng)極化。
(4) Repair of nonconforming parts. Unqualified conductive oxide film parts should be picked out before drying and aging process, because it is difficult to remove the film after drying and aging and will affect the surface roughness of the workpiece. We can first clamp the unqualified workpiece on the fixture for aluminum anodizing, and then conduct anodizing according to the anodizing method of aluminum in sulfuric acid solution for 2 ~ 3min. After the film is soft and falls off, we can conduct conductive anodizing again after a little cleaning with alkali solution and nitric acid.
