電烙鐵焊接鋁件的方法有哪些?

其一、在鋁件焊接處先涂上焊藥,然后將燒熱的烙鐵蘸飽錫后放在焊處進(jìn)行預(yù)熱,待溫度升高,焊藥由稠變稀后再加一些焊藥和焊錫,使焊錫將烙鐵頭包容起來,然后用烙鐵頭在焊接處前后摩擦,摩擦距離不要過大,一般在3~5mm之間使烙鐵頭處劃破鋁制元件表面的氧化鋁膜。焊接處由于有熔錫覆蓋與空氣隔絕不可能產(chǎn)生新的氧化膜而錫則能及時沾到剛剛除去的氧化膜的鋁件上。等列熔錫由圓球狀變成扁平狀,表明鋁件已經(jīng)與錫結(jié)合牢固,這時就停止摩擦并趁熱擦去剩余的焊藥,再與預(yù)先蘸好錫的導(dǎo)線頭或其它元件進(jìn)行焊接就很方便了。
