1、詳細(xì)核查該施工圖紙和現(xiàn)場實(shí)測尺寸，以確保深化設(shè)計(jì)加工的完善，同時(shí)認(rèn)真與結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點(diǎn)圖進(jìn)行核對，發(fā)現(xiàn)其不相符的部位，盡早修正設(shè)計(jì)。

3、金屬連接件材質(zhì)及加工幾何尺寸必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，材質(zhì)必須有出廠合格證及復(fù)試報(bào)告。

(1)檢查鋁板的長寬尺寸偏差、對角線尺寸差、對邊平行度偏差等加工精度:聯(lián)合世紀(jì)鋁單板的各項(xiàng)加工精度要求均按遠(yuǎn)高于國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的本企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行。

(2)檢查鋁板板面的平整度:板面平整用3M靠尺檢查，允許偏差3Mm。板面垂直、水平用3M靠尺檢查，允許偏差2.5mm，陰陽角用方尺檢查，允許偏差2.5mm。
(2) Check the flatness of the aluminum plate surface: the flatness of the plate surface is checked with 3M guiding rule, and the allowable deviation is 3mm. (3)檢查鋁板的折邊角度及多折形板的角度偏差:要在±0.50以內(nèi)，鋁板折邊的圓角半徑符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定，折邊一次成型。
(3) Check the folding angle of aluminum plate and the angle deviation of multi folded plate: it should be within ± 0.50, the fillet radius of aluminum plate folding should meet the design requirements, and the folding should be formed at one time.
(4)板折邊上的鉚接掛耳的位置正確。

(5)所提供的加工成型板表面不得有明顯壓痕，印痕和凹陷等殘跡，板面無損傷，無隱傷及斑紋。

(6)肋板與鋁板背連接所用植釘，在植釘完成后鋁板表面不應(yīng)有明顯凸起、凹陷和涂層表面不得產(chǎn)生影響觀感的現(xiàn)象，固定牢固。
