熱轉(zhuǎn)印工藝是對鋁單板表面進(jìn)行脫脂和化學(xué)處理，轉(zhuǎn)印加工通過熱轉(zhuǎn)印機(jī)一次加工（加熱加壓）將轉(zhuǎn)印膜上精美的圖案轉(zhuǎn)印在產(chǎn)品表面，成型后油墨層與產(chǎn)品表面溶為一體，大大提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。

The heat transfer printing process involves degreasing and chemical treatment of the surface of aluminum veneers. The transfer printing process is carried out through a heat transfer printing machine (heating and pressurizing) to transfer the exquisite patterns on the transfer film onto the surface of the product. After forming, the ink layer dissolves into the product surface, greatly improving the quality of the product.

The roller coating process involves degreasing and chemical treatment of the surface of aluminum veneer, roller coating with fluorocarbon coating, and drying and curing. The paint film of aluminum veneer products produced by roller coating technology is relatively flat, and has the advantage of high color simulation.

4、鋁單板的覆膜工藝

覆膜工藝一般采用高光膜或魔術(shù)貼，在鋁單板表面涂布膠黏劑制成。這項技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢在于色彩鮮艷，顏色多，耐用性強(qiáng)。

The lamination process generally uses high gloss film or Velcro, and is made by coating professional adhesive on the surface of aluminum veneer. The advantages of this technology are bright colors, multiple colors, and strong durability.
